Refund Policy
Refund and Replacements policy at Boy’s Grit & Girl’s Glam:
Australian Consumer Law:
All products are made to order and customised specifically for each customer.
Due to the nature of custom-made items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing supplied by the customer, or design approval errors.
Faulty or Defective Items:
Refunds or replacements will are considered if:
• The item has a manufacturing defect, and
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of collection or delivery, and
• Clear photo evidence is provided before the item is applied or used. Once an item has been applied, used, or installed, no refunds or replacements will be provided.
Application & Care:
Application of decals, vinyl, or heat transfer products is done at the customer’s own risk.
We are not responsible for failure due to:
• Incorrect surface preparation
• Application errors (stretching, tearing, bubbles, lifting)
• Environmental conditions (heat, cold, moisture, textured or unsuitable surfaces).
Care and application instructions are provided.
Failure to follow these instructions voids any eligibility for a replacement or refund.
If the product is shipped in a faulty condition, we may offer a replacement of the item at our expense.
Cash refunds are not available.
Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Australian Consumer Law:
This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures as defined under the ACL.
